We all know about the way a wand works by reading the Deathly Hallows.
But going by this does that not mean Amos Diggery is the true owner of Harrys's wand?
In the Goblet of Fire Barty Crouch Jnr took Harrys wand against his will while Harry was watching the Quidditch world cup, so that means the owner of Harrys wand is now Barty Crouch Jnr.
Later Barty Crouch Jnr got stunned by one of the people who tried to stun Harry in the forest. Amos Diggery went to pick up the wand so now he is the true owner of Harry's wand.
Harry didnt get his wand back by force so the wand still belongs to Amos Diggery. So why is the wand still working for Harry when he doesnt own it?
Am I right? Sorry if this has been asked before.

But it could also be that Malfoy lost his
wand in battle, so he lost it's power temporarily, and Harry picked it up...and sort of claims it?
